My Biography

I facilitate learning and positive change with groups and individuals. Participants tell me they experience heightened states of clarity, new perceptions and practical application of their learning. They also tell me they love the fun and laughter!

I am a facilitator and trainer in the world renowned Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW), a certified Appreciative Inquiry facilitator and a founding instructor in U Vic’s well respected Certificate in Adult and Continuing Education (CACE).

Some current clients include Royal Roads University, BC Ministry of Education, Independent Investigations Office of BC (IIO), Kamloops Fire Centre, Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN), Centre for Affordable Water and Sanitation Technology (CAWST), Volunteer Victoria, Alberta Civil Liberties Association (ACLA), Calgary Unitarians and Roman Catholic Women Priests (RCWP).

My book, The Five Minute Facilitator with a foreword by Doug Kerr, the writer of the ISW, is a do-it-yourself workbook providing instructional design and facilitation skills for busy facilitators. Other books include The Power of Intention in Teaching, Vibrational Facilitation an emerging conversation, and My Quantum Life

I am on faculty at Training in Power Academy, teaching effective skills to raise personal consciousness, healing, manifestation and service.

My Masters degree in Adult Ed, pioneered the practical application of quantum physics to accelerate deep, sustainable learning and positive change.

I also love broccoli, the mathematical fractal!
